Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and the European Union, and other laws and regulations governing the collection, processing, storage and use of personal data), including the current Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016 /679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

This Privacy Policy was created to inform the users of the Web Service about the rules of collection, processing, storage and use of personal data provided when using the Web Service (filling out registration forms, etc.).

Web Service - the site https://fastcoffee.ca/, through which Users can order services. Users can familiarise themselves with the list of services provided in the Web Service and obtain the services and bank accounts of the persons provided by them.

Web Service Administrator - ls@legal.ua, which provides access to the Web Service on the terms and conditions defined in this Privacy Policy, Public offer (offer), User Agreement, Regulations on the internal business process for identification of users and tracking of their real data.

Processor (processor) of personal data - ls@legal.ua.

User - a legally capable natural or legal person aged 18 or older who has an Account (Account/Personal Area) in the Web Service or performs actions indicating his/her use of the Web Service.

Account/Account/Personal Area - a record in the Web Service containing the User's authorisation data (login and password) necessary for the User's identification when using the Web Service and other data specified by the User.

1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal Information - data that identifies the User of the Web Service and is necessary to provide the necessary services and communication with the User.

In case of any use of the Web Service, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself. Providing such information is not obligatory, as the Administrator does not require you to provide any personal data. But in case you refuse to provide certain personal information, you will not be able to use some of the functions and features that the Web Service provides.

Processing and storage of personal data takes place only after explicit consent of the User to such actions.

The Web Service uses personal information provided by the User personally or, in case of the User's consent, through interaction with other information platforms.

  • Information that may be requested by the Web Service:
  • Personal electronic mail (e-mail)
  • Telephone number
  • Information provided in correspondence with the technical support of the Web Service
  • IP address of the User
  • User's bank account number
  • Delivery address (location).

The web service may request data from other social networks and resources to quickly log in to the site, upload photos. The user receives a clear list of the requested data, their list is exhaustive and is used for exclusive purposes.

The web service provides a list of social networks, applications and resources that can transfer personal data of the user: Facebook, Google.

The amount of data downloaded from other social networks, applications and resources corresponds to the privacy policies of the respective social networks, applications and resources.

The User's consent to the transfer of data from other social networks, resources and applications is clearly formulated and accessible. Consent is expressed by clicking on the affirmative sign in the relevant information window.

Questions about the volume and type of data transferred from other social networks, applications and resources are resolved by contacting the technical and information support services of the respective social networks, applications and resources.

THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA IS USED:

  1. Personal electronic mail (e-mail) for sending important messages about confirmation of operations carried out with the help of the Web Service, sending important information about the work of the Web Service, warning Users about changes in the work of the Web Service, sending messages of informational, news, advertising nature.
  2. Telephone number for identification of the Customer as a registered user of the Web Service, communication of the Web Service manager with the User, prevention of access to your personal data by third parties and for prevention of any fraudulent actions.
  3. Information specified in correspondence with the technical support of the Web Service to provide technical support to users in matters of working with the Web Service: registration or deletion of registration data, restoration of access to personal data (restoration of lost password, login, restoration of closed account), assistance in other matters arising in the use of the Web Service.
  4. IP-address of the User for creation of statistics of visits to the Web-service by Users, prevention and avoidance of fraudulent actions, identification of the User.
  5. The User's bank account number may become known to the Administrator in case the User pays for the services received on the Website.
  6. Address (place) of delivery for proper performance of services by the Contractor, in accordance with the Public offer (offer) placed on the Web resource and provided for familiarisation to the User.

Personal data is processed and stored to fulfil these purposes.

Attention: The information you voluntarily disclose on the personal data page, forums becomes publicly available and open to other users of the Web Service. The Administrator, Controller and Processor (processor) will not be responsible for the distribution and use of your personal information that you have made visible to other users of the site. Such information loses its status as personal data.

By registering on the Web Service and agreeing to the said Policy, the User authorises the Administrator to mention the User as a user of the Administrator's services, to refer to the User for advertising purposes.

Recording and agreeing personal data, which become available and open to other Users with subsequent publication, shall be deemed Consent to disclosure to other users of the Web Service.

The User is free to view, modify and delete the identifying data indicated on the Web Service. However, the deletion of certain identifying data may cause the inability to use certain resources of the Web Service. The modification and deletion of data is confirmed by the User Agreement and the subsequent agreement of the Controller and the Web Service Processor.

The Controller and the Processor shall have the right to notify the User of the need to store identifying data in the case set out in Section II of this Privacy Policy.


The User has the right to delete his/her account/account/information specified in the personal account by sending a corresponding letter/request to the Web Service Technical and Information Support Service.

The User has the right to send a request and receive confirmation of the processing of his/her personal data by the Controller and the Data Processor, as well as information on the full scope of the personal data received by the Controller and the Data Processor. The Processor and/or the Controller shall provide a copy of such data free of charge within a period of up to 30 days from the date of the request. The Processor and/or the Controller shall have the right to extend the time limit for responding to the request up to 60 days in case of a large volume of requested data.

The Administrator has the right to refuse a request for personal data if such requests are unreasonable and redundant. Refusal to respond to the User's request must be justified and available to the User.

In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Controller and/or Processor shall notify the User and the supervisory authority within 72 hours.

The personal data of the Users of the Web Service shall be protected by means of data encryption methods, their anonymisation, strengthening the stability of the database and the Administrator's control over physical and virtual access to personal data.

Personal data are not transferred for use and familiarisation to third parties who do not cooperate with the Web Service and/or Users of the Web Service, except in cases of disclosure of such data in a lawful manner and by court order or in case of abuse of the User's own rights to use the Web Service.

Employees of the Web Service, third parties providing services and/or co-operating with the Web Service under other contractual terms and conditions, shall conclude Non-Disclosure Agreements for the information they become aware of when using the content of the Web Service.

The Controller and the Data Processor are responsible for lawfully processing personal information, storing it and using it for the necessary purposes.

The user has the right to:

  • to know about the location of personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location and/or domicile (whereabouts) of the owner or controller of personal data or to give a corresponding instruction to obtain this information to persons authorised by him/her, except in cases established by law;
  • to receive information on the conditions of granting access to personal data, in particular information on third parties to whom his/her personal data are transferred;
  • to access their personal data;
  • to receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, an answer as to whether his/her personal data are stored in the relevant personal data base, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
  • submit a reasoned request to the Personal Data Processor objecting to the processing of his/her personal data;
  • make a reasoned demand for the amendment or destruction of his/her personal data by any personal data controller, if the data are processed unlawfully or inaccurately;
  • to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of such data, as well as to protect them from providing information that is inaccurate or defamatory to the honour, dignity and business reputation of a natural person;
  • lodge complaints about the processing of their personal data with public authorities and officials whose competence includes the issue of personal data protection, or with the court;
  • apply legal remedies in case of violation of legislation on personal data protection;
  • make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
  • in defence against a decision of the Personal Data Processor which has negative legal consequences for the data subject and has the purpose of disclosing personal data.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may ask you to provide data that is not confidential but may help us to provide better services. Such information may include the language in which you communicate, country and city of residence, time zone, browser type, dates and times of User's requests, User's "history" of activities on the Website, User's device type, system fonts, screen size, cookies, etc.

We may also collect information that is non-personally identifiable information because it does not contain information about a specific user of the Web Service or other software that is proprietary to the Administrator. This is, for example, information from third parties who collect and provide such information for advertising purposes. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy of such information, as we do not control the activities of such third parties. Also, we are not responsible for the collection by third parties of information of analytical and statistical nature of the use of the Web Service, if such information is obtained by third parties from public information sources and does not contain personal information about you.

We may also store data about how you use our web service. This will help developers when improving this product.

3. GIVING THIRD PARTIES ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION

Except for the cases listed below, the Administrator undertakes an obligation without your express consent in no case to disclose, exchange, or otherwise transfer your personal data outside the Administrator, its subsidiaries, affiliates and strategic partners, if there are no legitimate grounds for such distribution.

The Administrator may provide personal information to its subsidiaries, affiliates and strategic partners. This is necessary to provide the ordered services. Such companies undertake to comply with the rules of protection of personal information received from the Administrator. We may also provide access to your personal data to statistical systems (Google Analytics, etc.), social networks specified in this Policy.

We may access, process, store and disseminate your personal data when we have a reasonable expectation that it is necessary for:

  • fulfilment of the requirements of applicable law, ensuring judicial process or fulfilment of lawful demands of law enforcement and public authorities or other competent authorities;
  • Prevent, deter, and stop an attack that targets your devices or system with the intent to harm you.
  • fulfilment of the general requirements and regulations for the operation of the Web Service in order to prevent possible violations of these requirements and regulations by users.
  • protecting users of the Web Service from possible actions aimed at spreading spam or committing deceptive and fraudulent actions against users
  • preventing the death or serious injury of any person.
  • protecting the private property, intellectual property rights, other rights of the Administrator, other users and the public, in the form and to the extent required or permitted by applicable law.

In the above cases, access to confidential information about you is granted without your consent.

4. MERGER OR SALE OF THE ADMINISTRATOR'S COMPANY

If the Administrator participates in the process of restructuring (merger, acquisition or sale of assets) personal data of users (as one of the Administrator's assets) may be transferred to other participants of such restructuring. You will be notified in advance of any change in the Privacy Policy due to restructuring of the Administrator.

5. AMENDING THE PRIVACY POLICY

Administrator informs that this version of the Privacy Policy is final at the time of posting. From time to time we will make changes and additions to this policy, which may be related to the development of new software products, web services, implementation or change of functions of existing software. Changes to the Privacy Policy may also be made based on user requests. At the end of this Privacy Policy we indicate the date of the last revision of the rules.

If you use our software products after changes to the Privacy Policy have been made, you will be sent a letter asking you to confirm that your personal data has been processed in accordance with the terms of the updated Privacy Policy.

We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy from time to time to stay informed about how we collect, use and store personal information about you.
