An office that pours 300 drinks in a month pays $99 for the station and $285 for the drinks. Every cup above 300 is billed at $0.75.
The question we hear most often is the water one. A plumbed line is the tidier option; a tank works where the kitchen is far from the station, and we refill it on the service visit.

We do. Servicing, cleaning cycles, repairs and refills of beans and consumables are part of the $99 per month. Nobody on your staff descales anything or orders coffee.
No. The office is billed monthly for the station and the drinks it poured, and staff take coffee for free. Offices that prefer visitors to pay by card should look at the venue model on the venues page.
About 1 m² of floor space and a 120V / 15A outlet. A corner of the kitchen or a spot near the reception desk is usually enough. We check the spot before delivery.
A water line is the tidier option. Where plumbing is out of reach, the station runs on a refillable tank and we top it up during the service visit, so the office keeps its choice of location.
