A coffee kiosk works where people already pass or wait: a mall concourse, the edge of a food court, an office or transit lobby, a community or recreation centre. Fast Coffee installs a self-service bean-to-cup station there, stocks it and services it. Each cup is ground from whole beans when the visitor taps the screen and pays by card.
Terms. Smaller sites: $0 to the venue, 15% of the station’s net monthly profit or $150 a month. Malls and sites with 500+ visitors a day: terms are set individually after the site check.
Mall islands and spots without plumbing. The kiosk runs from a built-in water tank that we refill on service visits, so an island or a lobby corner needs only about 1 m² of floor and a 120V/15A outlet. Where a cold water line is close, we connect to it.
Menu and payment. Espresso $2.75, Cortado $2.95, Hot Chocolate $3.15, Americano $3.45, Cappuccino $3.65, Mocha $3.75, Latte $3.85. Visitors pay by card at the machine, so the venue handles no cash, no till and no coffee orders.
Insurance and building rules. If the building requires a certificate of insurance or a vendor package, ask at the site check and we confirm in writing what we can provide before anything is signed.
Installation typically happens within 2–3 weeks of signing. Full terms, the agreement steps and answers for property managers are on the coffee vending machine for your venue page.
A kiosk on a concourse, near the food court or by an entrance. Malls with 500+ visitors a day get terms set individually after the site check.

Parents wait through a party or a play session. The station stands in the adults’ area and runs without staff.

Customers waiting for their car get an espresso or a latte ground from whole beans for each cup.
A small coffee point becomes a comfort spot in a lobby or a rec centre, with no barista and no staff from the venue.
A small hospitality upgrade for a waiting area: fresh bean-to-cup coffee, paid by card at the machine, with no staff needed.
Espresso, cortado, americano, cappuccino, mocha, latte and hot chocolate, made automatically. Nobody to hire, train or supervise.
The moment people walk in and smell fresh coffee, the space feels more welcoming, before anyone takes a sip.
About 1 m² of floor. We clean and restock the machine on service visits, so your team keeps the area as it is today.

The kiosk adds a coffee spot to a public space and asks nothing of the venue’s staff: we deliver it, refill it, clean the machine and take the card payments.
What the spot needs
Book a site check: send the form, call +1 613-867-7767 or write to info@fastcoffee.ca. We look at the spot, check power and water, and put the terms in writing before anything is ordered. The full checklist is on what a site needs for a coffee station. Fast Coffee is operated by INNOVA CONSULT LTD and serves Ottawa, Kanata, Nepean, Stittsville, Barrhaven, Orléans and Gatineau.
The station grinds, brews and takes card payment on its own. We clean and restock it on service visits, which suits places with limited personnel.
Parents, guests, customers and staff feel more relaxed while waiting or spending time in your space.
Hot chocolate is on the menu, so kids get a drink of their own too.
Installation typically happens within 2–3 weeks of signing. We deliver, connect and test the station on site.
The illuminated design upgrades the look of any area and makes it more vibrant and visually attractive.
A simple detail like fresh coffee aroma raises how professional, caring and well-organized your place feels.
We handle supplies, service and maintenance. You keep the improved atmosphere and visitor satisfaction.
