Coffee stations for Ottawa venues

Coffee for venues in Ottawa and Gatineau

Fast Coffee puts a bean-to-cup coffee station into venues where visitors spend time waiting — gyms, kids’ activity centres, clinics, car dealerships and community buildings. Visitors pay $2.50–3.85 by card. The venue pays $0: we deliver the machine, install it, restock it and service it, and you receive 15% of net revenue or a flat $150 per month.

Operated by INNOVA CONSULT LTD, 380-2164 Montreal Road Unit 5, Ottawa. Serving Ottawa, Kanata, Nepean, Stittsville and Gatineau since 2024.

The terms

What the deal looks like

Everything below goes into the written agreement before we install anything.

Who pays for the coffee
The visitor, by card at the machine: $2.50–3.85 per drink. No cash to handle, no float, no till.
What the venue pays
$0. No purchase, no lease, no deposit, no minimum volume.
What the venue receives
15% of net revenue from the station, or a flat $150 per month. You pick the option and it is written into the agreement before installation. The amount depends on your traffic, so we look at your numbers together before you choose.
The machine
Stays our property. Bean-to-cup, whole beans ground fresh for every drink: espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino, mocha, hot chocolate and tea.
Supplies
Beans, milk, chocolate, tea and cups come from us. Your team never orders or stores anything.
Service and repairs
Ours. One number to call: +1 613-867-7767.
Ending it
We take the station out on the terms in the agreement and leave the corner the way we found it.
Who you sign with
INNOVA CONSULT LTD, CBCA 1522612-1, HST 799524756RT0001, Ottawa.
Where it fits

Venues where people wait

A station earns its corner where visitors already have ten minutes to spend and nothing to do with them.

Gyms and fitness studios
Parents sit through a kids’ class, members cool down after a session. A hot drink turns that dead time into a reason to stay longer.
Kids’ activity and daycare centres
Parents wait through lessons and practices. Hot chocolate has the same effect on the children who finish early.
Clinics and wellness centres
Waiting rooms feel calmer when the room smells of fresh coffee and the visitor has something warm to hold.
Car dealerships and service centres
A service appointment runs an hour or more. Customers judge the wait by what you offer during it.
Community and public buildings
Lobbies, rec centres and multi-tenant buildings get a comfort spot without hiring anyone to run it.
Your side of it

What we need from the venue

Five things, and none of them cost money.

A visible spot
About one square metre in the lobby, the waiting area or beside reception — somewhere a visitor sees on the way in.
Power
A 120V/15A outlet within reach of that spot.
Water
A cold water connection nearby. Where there is none, we install the tank version and refill it on our visits.
Access
Let our technician in during your opening hours for restocking and service.
A yes in writing
A signed agreement from whoever controls the space — owner, property manager or lead tenant.
Site specification
  • Footprint: about 1 m², including room to open the machine for service
  • Power: 120V, 15A standard outlet
  • Water: cold water line, or the built-in tank we refill
  • Floor: level, indoor, heated space
  • Card payment: contactless terminal on the machine
  • Staff involvement: none — nobody on your team refills, cleans or repairs it

We confirm all of it on a 15-minute site check before anything is ordered.

Getting started

Four steps from call to first cup

01

Site check

We come to the venue, look at the spot, measure the space, check the outlet and the water, and count the traffic you actually get. Fifteen minutes on site.

02

Terms in writing

You choose 15% of net revenue or the flat $150 per month. Both options, the placement and the exit terms go into the agreement with INNOVA CONSULT LTD.

03

Installation

We deliver the machine, connect it, load the beans and test every drink on the menu with you standing there.

04

We run it

Restocking, cleaning of the machine, service calls and card payments stay with us. You get the monthly statement of sales with your share on it.

The usual objection

“We already have a coffee maker”

A drip pot and a bean-to-cup station answer different questions. The pot brews ground coffee in bulk and holds it on a hot plate; somebody on your team measures it, refills it, washes the carafe and throws out what nobody drank.

The station grinds whole beans for each cup and pulls it fresh: espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino, mocha, hot chocolate, tea. It rinses its own brew unit, takes card payment itself, and nobody on your staff touches it. For a venue the difference shows up in two places — what a visitor tastes, and how many minutes a week your people spend on coffee.

Twelve months in Kanata

An office in Kanata with 400+ people has run a Fast Coffee station for twelve months, at roughly 300 drinks a month. Their own word for the service: “very responsive”.

We keep client names off the website. Ask us at the site check and we will arrange a reference call.

FAQ for property and facility managers

Eight questions we get asked

Nothing. There is no purchase, no lease, no deposit and no minimum volume. Visitors pay for their own drinks by card at the machine, $2.50–3.85 per drink.

Two options: 15% of net revenue from the station, or a flat $150 per month. The agreement spells out how net revenue is calculated, and you receive a monthly statement of card sales with the calculation on it.

The machine stays the property of INNOVA CONSULT LTD. We deliver, install, service and remove it. If your building requires a certificate of insurance or a vendor package, tell us at the site check and we will confirm in writing what we can provide before you sign anything.

About one square metre of indoor floor, a 120V/15A outlet and a cold water connection. Where there is no water line, we install the tank version and refill it on our service visits.
