Coffee machine rental in Nepean and Stittsville

Fast Coffee rents bean-to-cup coffee stations to workplaces in Nepean and Stittsville for $99 a month, plus $0.95 per drink for the first 300 drinks each month and $0.75 above that. Cups are billed separately. Delivery, install, beans and servicing are ours. Two weeks free, then month to month after three months.

Where the machines go in Nepean and Stittsville

In Nepean that means the Merivale Road corridor and its side streets, the Colonnade Road business park, the Rideau Heights units around Antares Drive and Hunt Club Road, and the offices and shops of Bells Corners along Robertson Road and Moodie Drive. In Stittsville it means Main Street, Hazeldean Road, the Iber Road industrial pocket and the shops and trade counters strung along the Carp Road corridor.

These are the addresses where a full espresso bar makes little sense and a pot of drip coffee is the usual fallback: showrooms, small engineering firms, trades offices, clinics with staff rooms, warehouses with twelve people on shift.

What renting includes

  • Delivery and install of the station.
  • Beans, milk product and the consumables the machine runs on.
  • Cleaning and servicing on a schedule, plus call-outs when something stops working.
  • Removal of the machine if you stop.

Buying a machine outright puts every one of those lines on your own team: the purchase, the service contract, the descaling, and a person who notices the beans ran out on Friday afternoon.

Machine and site

The station is bean-to-cup: it grinds for each drink and pours latte, cappuccino, americano, espresso, mocha, hot chocolate and tea. It stands in about one square metre, runs off a standard 120V/15A outlet, and takes either a water line or a refillable tank. Warehouse and trade-counter sites usually go with the tank.

Rental questions from Nepean and Stittsville

Is there a lease agreement to sign?

No lease and no purchase. It is a service agreement: three months minimum, then month to month. The machine stays ours the whole time.

What if we want to stop?

After the first three months you give notice for the following month, we collect the station, and that is the end of it. Nothing is amortised into the price for you to buy out.

Do you come out to Stittsville and the Carp Road corridor?

Yes. Stittsville Main Street, Hazeldean Road, Iber Road and the Carp Road businesses are on the same route as Kanata, which is where our longest-running office station sits.

Can one station cover two units in the same building?

Often yes, when the units share a hallway or a lunch room. We look at where people actually walk before recommending one station or two.

Two weeks, no invoice

Send us the address, the headcount and a photo of the spot you have in mind. We install a station and stock it, and you decide at the end of the fortnight.
