Fast Coffee installs and services self-serve bean-to-cup coffee stations in Kanata offices. A station is $99 per month plus $0.95 per drink for the first 300 drinks each month and $0.75 per drink above that. Cups are billed separately, drinks are free for your staff, and the first two weeks are free.
Most of our Kanata work sits inside the technology park north of Highway 417: March Road, Legget Drive, Solandt Road, Terry Fox Drive and the suites around Kanata Avenue. We also install south of the highway in Kanata Research Park along Hines Road and Eagleson Road, in the office floors behind Kanata Centrum and Palladium Drive, and in the light-industrial units on Hazeldean Road toward the Stittsville line.
We deliver the station, plug it in and stock it. A first install takes about an hour once the spot is chosen, and we come back on a schedule for beans, milk, cleaning and consumables. Our base is on Montreal Road in Ottawa, and Kanata is inside the area we cover on a service schedule.

Latte, cappuccino, americano, espresso, mocha, hot chocolate and tea. Beans are ground for every single cup, so the coffee poured at 4 p.m. is made the same way as the one at 8:30 a.m.
Tech-park kitchenettes usually have all three already. Where plumbing is awkward, the tank version settles the question.
Plenty of Kanata suites run on a drip machine and a tin of ground coffee, and somebody on the team quietly owns the ritual: rinsing the carafe, buying filters, noticing at three in the afternoon that the pot has been standing since ten. A station takes that chore off your staff and puts drinks on the floor that a pot cannot make — latte, cappuccino, espresso, ground at the second somebody presses the button.
Where the pot in your kitchen already covers what people want, keep it. Two free weeks is a cheap way to find out. The full side-by-side comparison lives on the office coffee page.
Our longest-running station sits in a Kanata workplace with more than 400 people on site. It has been there a year, pouring roughly 300 drinks a month, and the word that came back about the service was “very responsive”. The client asked to stay unnamed. We can walk through the setup on a call.
Yes. March Road, Legget Drive, Solandt Road, Terry Fox Drive and the surrounding suites are inside our service area, along with Kanata Research Park and the Hazeldean Road units.
$99 CAD per month for the station, plus $0.95 per drink for the first 300 drinks in a month and $0.75 per drink after that. Cups are billed separately, and nobody on your team pays for a cup.
The Kanata office we serve has 400+ people on site and puts about 300 drinks a month through a single station. Traffic depends on how many people are in the building on a given day, so we size it with you during the trial.
Billing starts after the two weeks. The first three months are the minimum term, and after that the agreement runs month to month.
Tell us the floor, the headcount and whether there is a water line nearby. We bring the station, install it and stock it, and you decide after two weeks.
