The side-by-side comparison with other office coffee options lives on the page about office coffee service in Ottawa.
In Barrhaven the service area covers the CitiGate employment district west of Strandherd Drive along Highway 416, the stores and offices of Chapman Mills Marketplace around Strandherd Drive and Greenbank Road, the rest of the Strandherd Drive corridor, and the blocks near Fallowfield Road and Woodroffe Avenue by Fallowfield station. Barrhaven lies about 17 km southwest of downtown, and the visit schedule for each address is agreed at the site check, before the trial starts.
Somewhere just outside these blocks? Ask us and we confirm the service schedule before the trial.
CitiGate, beside Highway 416, mixes office buildings with large distribution space, and the Gateway Industrial Park at Strandherd and Citigate drives was launched for e-commerce distributors and logistics firms, as reported in Ottawa needs more of this stuff: Colonnade BridgePort, CanFirst launch Barrhaven industrial park (Ottawa Business Journal, March 2023). A shipping office or a crew room at the back of a building like that can have power and no sink.
For those rooms the station runs from a refillable water tank, refilled on service visits. The room then needs floor space and a 120V/15A outlet, and nobody has to run a water line for the trial.
Barrhaven has a cluster of car dealerships on Dealership Drive and the west end of Strandherd Drive, next to Highway 416. A showroom lounge has its own choice to make: the dealership can pay for the drinks the way an office does, or customers pay by card at the machine. Both setups are described on the page about coffee for dealership lounges.
Beyond the outlet, a station needs about one square metre and either a water line or the tank; the site requirements page has the full list.

Yes. A dealership chooses between paying for the drinks and letting customers pay by card; both are explained on the dealership lounge page.
Tell us the address, how many people are on site and whether the room has a sink. We check the spot, then bring and stock the station for the two-week trial.
