Fast Coffee rents bean-to-cup coffee stations to offices in Ottawa for $99 a month per station, plus $0.95 a drink. Delivery, installation and service are included in the $99. One monthly fee covers the office coffee machine and the work around it. Your team presses a button and takes a drink; everything behind the panel is our job.
Cups are billed separately. Staff pay nothing per drink: the office covers the monthly fee and the drink count. If the building requires a certificate of insurance or a vendor package, ask at the site check and we confirm in writing what we can provide before anything is signed.

Owning an office coffee machine comes with ongoing work: someone orders beans, cleans the milk system, descales, and deals with the day the screen shows an error. Here is who does what in each case.

Renting suits an office that wants good espresso drinks without assigning the upkeep to anyone. You pay monthly for the months the station stands in your kitchen, and the billing ends when it leaves.

You sign a service agreement with INNOVA CONSULT LTD, the company behind Fast Coffee. It sets the $99 monthly fee, the drink rates, the three-month minimum and one month's notice after that. There is no lease, no financing and no buyout: the machine stays ours.
Rental. You pay for the months the station is in your office and for the drinks poured. Ownership never transfers, so when you stop we take the machine back and the invoices stop with it.
For a site with public foot traffic, such as a gym or a clinic waiting room, we place a card-payment station at $0 to host and visitors pay per cup. Terms for that model are on coffee vending machine for your venue.
